Such a beautiful green bird

Perched on a branch

At rest among colors

Like a cool breeze

He is quite content

Colored leaf shapes

Of violets and greens

Shatter forward

Bright and glassy

In a midnight sky

Bright white ice

Cracked in all directions

To look above

Ice reflects like trees

I the dark quite late

Mr. Squirrel so delighted

Holds his acorn proud

Anxious to chew away

While his bright yellow sweater

Keeps him warm

On the ground is a pathway

To look above me

Multiple colors go onward

Quite bright too

Colors that bring light in the dark

Sweet orange kitty

With sly fox traits

Stares at his his tennis ball

In the grass where it lay

Pondering the next game

Beautiful flowers

Of various colors

The fragrance they bring

Is a joy to take in

Flowers-beautiful joy of colors

It’s an angle to the right

Downward spiral

Multiple colors

Puffed up bright

In the dark

Such a fall day

With bare tall trees

This white streak goes through

A beautiful blue sky

What a day of joy

Blue eyes and a snout

Is all that I can see

The head above water

How big is it

Perhaps I will run
