Amazing parkway

With a well made bridge of stones

Trees and greens

The perfect landscape

I love North Carolina

Butterflies and flowers

With music in the air

Beautiful colors

And a melody of song

Such a joyful day

Pinwheels and plaids

Flowers and dots

Its a rainbow of colors

Alternating lines

So much goes on

Cream colored shells

That form a design

Beautiful beads

To catch the attention

From the eye who loves the coast

This golden spiral

Glows in the dark

Its purple hue

Catches my attention

Its glow brings so much light

Multi colors

Green Leaves dots and lines

Yet batty eyes that say glamor

That beautiful flower of attention

Im a frog

Among many green leaves

Sits a bird of colors and stripes

A head to big

With that tattoo star

It flies off to an unknown place

Its one or the other

All of alternating colors

Stripes or tiles

Confused

Which one is which

Spring and summer

Such wonderful seasons

Beautiful wings

And flowers that grow

Bring a feeling of peace

Wings of gold

On a bright summer day

Flies alone

In a sandy breeze

So beautiful to see
